I started studying music at the age of nine at the Escola de Música do Conservatório Nacional (EMCN) as an arts, but mainly music has always been part of my life and will always continue to be part of it until I die. I decided to explore my personal archive of sheet music, a “literary” genre that I have read and reread for much of my life and I have hundreds of them organized by genre and archived.Sheet music is a writing system that allows musicians to interpret music with accuracy and precision, being a way of presenting music in a clear and concise way, and which continues to be interpreted all over the world, maintaining the character and The composer's intention thus preserved for centuries. There is another file that is linked to music, which are countless x-rays that marked the end of my dream of having a future as a cellistReturning to the past means being at peace and accepting what happened, the scores and x-rays were like a “journey through memories” that did not erase the pain, but soothed it.Through these two files I made a connection between two completely different worlds, but for a period of my life I was never closer.
